Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used cosmetic products, unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact our support team with your order details and photos (if applicable).
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Shipping costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
